All CH2 purchases are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selection, fit preferences, color, fabric, or other personal preferences.

Please carefully review the product details, size information, and product descriptions before placing your order.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect item or your item has a confirmed manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us review the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging and shipping label
  • A brief description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by CH2, we will arrange an exchange or replacement of the affected item at no additional cost to the customer.

If the original item is no longer available, CH2 may offer an alternative resolution, such as store credit or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

We reserve the right to reject claims where the issue is determined to result from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized alterations, normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Promotional or clearance items
  • Limited-release or final sale items
  • Items purchased due to change of mind or personal preference
  • Items where the customer selected an incorrect size or fit
